Oliver is back for a limited time only! Kids can add Oliver--and his brake van, Toad-- to their collections before he heads back to the shed. This limited-time relaunch capitalizes on the collectability of formerly-retired engines and fosters a sense of urgency.

Oliver is a character from the Thomas & Friends stories, and Toad is his trusted brake van. Among other stories, he can be seen in "Escape!" and "Oliver Owns Up" from the Percy's Ghostly Trick video and "Emily's New Coaches" from the New Friends for Thomas video. He was originally in the TWR line from 1995 through 2003, but is returning for 2006 only before "returning to the sheds" for more rest.
